 I'm in some kind of slump from Swanthief and Neal. Yes, it's still related to those spoiler pics from 2x18. I'm trying to let this theory aside until the episode 15 comes (because it's "Tamara"s first appearance, but I can't! Especially because yesterday I've read a post from someone who had the same impression as me, with the difference being that said person is a Neal/ST hater and a CS fan, but as much as I try to disagree, it's so clear that Neal IS a coward based on the pics (come on, it's pretty obvious that that meeting happened not long ago, so he probably knew Emma was in Storybrooke and didn't want to help him convince Emma to break the curse). I'm so confused atm. I've always had this mixed feeling among the characters of the show, but with Neal, I'm trying to find something positive about him, but I can't. Maybe the only good thing he did was to give Emma the car and the money (even though August took the last one). At first, in "Tallahassee", it's clear that he cares about her, that he wanted to spend that time at jail that he was really supposed to do, but August didn't let him even look for her. But my impression is that as time passed, he kind of got carried away by the routine, and he sort of gave up that dream of reuniting with Emma. It's so disappointing because I had an image of Neal counting the days to go to Storybrooke, struggling to win the fear of meeting his father again, always remembering Emma whenever he saw the dreamcatcher. But now it makes sense as to why he runs away. It's not only because of Rumple, but also because of Emma. He may be too scared to face them. This and not to mention that "Tamara" girl, someone whose role in Neal's life is speculation for now, but soon we will find out and then we will see.

I'll stop commenting about it until the episodes air and we have either the confirmation or the denial of that theory. And also, until we find out Neal's own reason for his actions (or lack of). Anyway, I'm not in the mood to fangirl about ST and Neal either, and I'll probably be in this slump for a while. Maybe it's time to dedicate myself to other pairings/stuffs. It's all making me sick. Yeah, I'm real sick, with fever and pain all over my body while I type this. I'm gonna rest and try to watch OUAT new episode later.
